How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your personal information is stored securely on infrastructure hosted within Cloudflare's global network. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Form submissions are transmitted to us via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email service. Resend processes your submission data solely for the purpose of delivering it to us and does not use it for any other purpose.

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to us online.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:

Where we engage third-party service providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

06

We retain personal information collected through the investor registration process for a minimum of 7 years from the date of collection, in accordance with our obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) and applicable ASIC record-keeping requirements.

After this period, we will securely destroy or de-identify your personal information unless we are required by law to retain it for longer, or you have an active shareholding relationship with us.
